Our Mission

Founded in 2016, WOMAG is a volunteer-led association of professional women and men promoting gender diversity in the food and agribusiness industry in Asia. Our mission is to accelerate the development of women leaders in the food and agribusiness industry in Southeast Asia by providing opportunities for networking, knowledge-building and professional development.

Our vision is to foster a food and agribusiness industry whose leadership reflects the gender diversity of an evolving and growing ecosystem in Southeast Asia.

WOMAG aspires to foster an inclusive environment, where diversity of life and work experiences, race, age, ethnicity are representative of the broader agribusiness community in Singapore, including within WOMAG's leadership. WOMAG has initiated a process to achieve these aims, in full recognition that its membership and leadership to date represents only a select subset of the diverse community that WOMAG aims to serve.
