We are excited to introduce to you to our Inclusive Leadership Program, Championing Inclusion in the workplace. As part of our ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts, we are partnering with Include consulting to deliver this program across 4 sessions for all managers and aspiring leaders to ensure that you are set up for success in leading inclusive teams.

This course will be run virtually and is open to the entire South East Asia Pacific region. This course is open to any person, of any work experience.

The way our pricing for professional development programs works:

Our non-member offering is priced at cost, which still often represents a discount to the open market.

Our corporate member’s receive a 30% discount off this rate.

Our individual members, who are not receiving corporate funding from their employer, are eligible to receive WOMAG co-sponsorship representing 60% of the cost. This is one of the ways WOMAG re-invests corporate sponsorship and event profits back into our community to ensure our offering is as accessible and inclusive as possible.

What will you learn from the program? We will first start with the case for inclusion and why it matters. Next, we will look inwards to understand our biases and cultivate the right mindset to lead inclusively. Going forward, we will explore techniques on how we can inclusively communicate with others and create team environments that foster psychological safety. Lastly, we will empower you to advocate for equitable best practices to transform ILRI to become a diverse and inclusive workplace.

How will these sessions be delivered? Each session will last for 2.5 hours and be delivered via Zoom. The workshops will adopt an innovative, evidence-based approach paired with practical tips and actions. Our goal is to fully support you on your journey to become an inclusive leader.

What is expected of me? This program is focused on supporting your development as an inclusive leader. Hence, it is expected that you play an active role throughout the program by participating in all training sessions and keeping an open mind.

Who is this course for? This course is for current or aspiring leaders in any type of workplace, in any leadership role - a leader of an organisation, a head of a department, a manager of a workgroup, a team leader, a chair of a committee, you name it!

Why are we doing this? Research has shown that inclusive leadership is mission-critical for organizational performance, especially with higher innovation levels being achieved as a result of inclusive team performances.
