In response to the WOMAG survey, and one of the outcomes recognizing a need for industry mentorship and sponsorship, we will be launching a free mentorship program.

Many studies show that women in mentoring relationships have increased odds of being promoted and achieving higher salary growth than women without mentors. Mentoring can help women change or inform their perceptions, better articulate career ambitions, and gain confidence.

In line with WOMAG’s mission to strengthen the career opportunities and achievements for women in the agriculture sector in Singapore, this mentorship program will offer a platform for community members to form meaningful connections, deepen industry knowledge, strengthen or gain new professional skills, and grow their networks in the region and beyond.

Who: Both men and women, residing in Singapore

Commitment: Minimum of two (2) hours per month interacting in-person (or virtually if necessary).
